Notice Regarding COVID-19 Impacts

The Port of Olympia Commission passed Resolution 2020-04 authorizing temporary modification to real estate leases in response to COVID-19. Port of Olympia real estate lease tenants affected by the COVID-19 emergency can fill out a self-certification form to suspend late fees, penalties, and reinstatement fees.

Tumwater Real Estate Development Master Plan Project

The Port of Olympia, in collaboration with TRPC, SCJ Alliance, a robust stakeholder group, and hundreds of community members, completed a comprehensive planning process intended to guide future development within the New Market Industrial Campus (NMIC) and Tumwater Town Center property districts. This process considered a range of actions for the area that will contribute to economic development and jobs creation in Thurston County.
